Eli Schragenheim: CEO of Elyakim Management Systems (1992) Ltd
After finishing Throughput Economics, I still like to accomplish three big missions:
1. Mentor TOC consultants and practitioners and support them in their projects to vastly improve the performance of various organizations, profit as well as not-for-profit.
2. Develop the TOC BOK further. My current efforts are at three areas:
2.1 Develop Throughput Economics further.
2.2 Develop better ways for organizations should handle the common and expected uncertainty. I believe that the core common problem is organization trying to impose certainty on uncertain environment. This tendency has huge negative ramifications – most definitely on the motivation of people who fear that they will be considered accountable for results that have been impacted by uncertainty.
2.3 How organization should learn from experience, especially from one-time events that catch the organization by SURPRISE
3. Serving on the board of organizations who are open to new ideas could be win-win relationships.
